Supplies You’ll Need Double-sided Tape Two Rolls of White Crepe Paper Streamers Two White Paper Plates A Black Marker Scissors Cut the Streamers Open your front door and hold one roll of the crepe paper against it. Fold the end of the paper over the edge of the door and pull it until it extends to the over the edge of the other side of the door. Cut the streamer with the scissors. The streamer should be long enough to go around the entire front of the door without the ends of the paper being visible once it is attached to the door. Hold the piece of paper you cut and unroll the roll of paper next to it. Cut into strips that are the same length as the first strip you created. Continue cutting all of the paper until both rolls are cut. Add Tape to the Door Attach strips of the double-sided tape to the outer edges of the door. You want the crepe paper to attach to the door without anyone being able to see the edges of the paper. The tape will be covered by tape so you do not have to worry about the tape sticking to the frame of the door when the door is closed. Attach the Crepe Paper Hold one end of a piece of crepe paper against one side of the door where the tape is attached to it. Pull it across the door and attach it to the other side of the door. Repeat the process until the entire door is covered in crepe paper. You may want to position a few strips diagonally to make the door look similar to the way that a mummy would be wrapped. Create and Attach the Eyes Use the black marker to draw circles on the center of the white paper plates. Apply a piece of the double-sided tape to the back of each plate and then attach the plates to the center of the door near the top to create the eyes of the mummy.
